LOW SUGAR HIGH PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS Recipe from @nourishedinstitute @jasstupak Ingredients: 1 bag chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil salt for topping For the filling: 1/3 cup peanut butter crunchy or creamy 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use @goodprotein & discount code MIKAELA30 will save you $$) 1/4 cup maple syrup Instructions: Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. Line a muffin tin with liners. Spoon about 1 tbsp melted chocolate into each and gently swirl to coat the bottom. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spoon filling over the chocolate layer. (Honestly ā€¦. Harder than I thought šŸ˜‚) Top with remaining melted chocolate and a sprinkle of flaky salt. @maldonsalt (MY FAV) Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes until set, then store in the fridge.
