I need to reduce my sugar BIG time - and these … a I need to reduce my sugar BIG time - and these … are SO GOOD! 

LOW SUGAR HIGH PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
Recipe from @nourishedinstitute @jasstupak 

Ingredients:
1 bag chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
salt for topping

For the filling:
1/3 cup peanut butter crunchy or creamy
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use @goodprotein & discount code MIKAELA30 will save you $$)
1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions: Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. 
Line a muffin tin with liners. Spoon about 1 tbsp melted chocolate into each and gently swirl to coat the bottom.
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spoon filling over the chocolate layer. (Honestly …. Harder than I thought 😂) 
Top with remaining melted chocolate and a sprinkle of flaky salt. @maldonsalt (MY FAV) 

Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes until set, then store in the fridge.

Low sugar, high protein, refined sugar free and so satisfying.

Bang Bang Chicken Rice Bowls are my current hyper- Bang Bang Chicken Rice Bowls are my current hyper-fixation meal. On the nights Brody works, if I attempt a meal that is complicated, takes more than 20 minutes from start to finish & creates a lot of dishes, my brain simply ✨opts out ✨! 

Easy meals = fed body. Difficult meals = Nutella from a spoon.
